At Newgate World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece or home accessory. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product in its original decorative packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
